Our Mercedes-Benz 190SL -chassis no. 121042-10-015590- is one of 1,650 Mercedes-Benz 190SL built for the US market in 1959.
Completed at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Stuttgart in December of 1959, it was soon exported to New York and the well-known US distributorship, Maximilien Hoffman.
She was purchased in early 1960s by a New York state enthusiast who then gave the car to his son in 1975.
In 1997, this one entrusted to Bruce L. Adams from Sports Leicht Restorations an extensive "frame off" restoration of his beloved Mercedes 190 SL, which lasted seven years and cost around USD 111,000!
In 2015, she underwent an extensive service for about USD 25,900 at Mercedes-Benz Classic Center US (Irvine - CA).
Totally restored and very well maintained, our Mercedes 190 SL is in perfect cosmetic and mechanical condition.
