1952 JAGUAR XK 120 OTS

Introduced in 1948, the Jaguar XK120 was a landmark in post-war sports car design. Combining elegant, flowing bodywork with Jaguar’s newly developed 3.4-litre twin-cam straight-six, it became the world’s fastest production car of its era and laid the foundations for Jaguar’s remarkable competition successes of the 1950s.

Manufactured in May 1952, this left-hand-drive XK120 Open Two-Seater was delivered new to Hornburg in Los Angeles, California. According to its Jaguar Heritage Certificate, it was originally finished in Birch Grey with a Red interior and French Grey hood.

Presented today in superb condition, the car has benefited from extensive recent mechanical servicing, including work to the gearbox, suspension and braking system, together with bodywork and paint refurbishment. Accompanied by its Jaguar Heritage Certificate, French registration papers and a valid Contrôle Technique, this XK120 is ready to be enjoyed on the road.
