1993 JAGUAR XJ220 C
TWR built three cars in 8 months for Le Mans 24 Hours 1993: #001, #002 & our car, #003.
#003 was driven by Paul Belmondo, Jay Cochran and Andreas Fuchs.
The car led the race in its category for a few hours until a puncture happened, causing and important sping and an engine overheating.
On his return to the pits, the mechanics found on the car a crack in the cylinder head gasket. This marked the end of the race for car no. 52.
But car #003's career wasn't yet over as it entered Le Mans 24 hours again, in 1995.
Since then, the Jaguar XJ220 C #003 has not raced again.
Purchased by a Japanese collector, it underwent a complete restoration to its 1993 Le Mans specs by the English Specialist Don Law.
Today, the car is in immaculate conditio and is eligible for the most prestigious historic events.
