1961 ROLLS ROYCE Silver Cloud II Long-Wheelbase

This magnificent Rolls Royce Silver Cloud II Long-Wheelbase was ordered new through the Rolls Royce American Distributor J.S Inskip by the famous Mr. Elmer H. Bobst. The car was delivered to him on April 27, 1961 in a beautiful Black Masons paint with a single ivory pinstripe, over beige interior with matching beige piping.

 

Mr. Bobst ordered his car with a few options including the air conditioning, electric windows and an electrically operated rear glass division.
This car is one of the 258 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud II Long Wheelbase and one of the fewer left hand drive car.

 

When Mr. Bobst passed away in 1978, the Silver Cloud II was acquired by his wife who kept the car until she passed away in 2015.

Between 2000 and 2006, more than 150.000 $ was spent on the car, including a 22.000$ mechanical overhaul by Foreign Car Engineering of Delray Beach - California, and a 32.000$ bare metal respay by Vantage Motor Works.

 

Service history runs up to 2015. Perfect condition.
